Primary Care Centre
The Primary Care Centre, located near Chinook Centre, is an appointment-based clinic that does not see patients on a long-term basis. If you reside in southwest Calgary and do not have a family doctor, you may call Health Link at 811 for an appointment to see a doctor at the Primary Care Centre. Visiting patients without a family doctor are directed to the Alberta Find a Doctor website and provided with a list of doctors in our service area who are currently accepting patients.
