Primary Care Networks were established to enhance the delivery of primary health services. Our Board of Directors consists of eight family physicians, three members of the public (External Directors), and three Joint Venture Governance Representatives; as such, they ensure our programs and services are focused on excellence in patient care and that everyone in southwest Calgary has a Patient’s Medical Home.
